Henri Et Victoria is a family-run business based in Quebec. HeV has always had sublime scents - subtle, sophisticated yet accessible. Far and away, they are best known for Cognac and Cuban Cigar scent. The brand originally sold French-style shaving soaps in a vegan base. About a year and a half ago, they added a tallow option in just 2 scents - Nautilus and Duc du Santal.
Beard balm primarily works below the surface of the skin by working as a grooming tool, making the beard itself more manageable, neat and smooth, especially when paired with a beard oil. Beard balm, because they are made of solid oil are less shiny than just beard oil. This makes the beard look healthier as well.
Nautilus is inspired by the submarine in Jules Verne's classic novel Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. Imagine that you too are experience the scents of the sea - stormy billows, salty breezes, and tantalizing hints of what awaits beyond the waves. Gentle floral blend of Lavender, Rose, Geranium with a hint of citrus and fresh bamboo notes. Fresh air and crisp water notes with foundation characters of cedarwood, amber, musk and spice.
