This shaving soap is Moon Soaps "original" tallow formula and of their four soap bases it contains the highest concentration of their in-house rendered beef tallow. As the "holy grail" of wet shaving ingredients, tallow gives this lather exquisite slickness. It also contains a mix of butter and oils to provide cushion and hydration.
Perched on the cliffs rising above the sea on Italy's west is the iconic Amalfi coast. One of its jewels is the village of Sorrento and the inspiration for this scent. Loaded with Italian citrus top notes (Sicilian tangelo, Calabrian bergamot, Italian grapefruit), middle notes of Amalfi lemon, black pepper, jasmine, pineapple, & aquatic notes, it is all rounded out by a base of vetiver, tonka bean, amber.
