A new line to the wet shaving community this is just the first of many more upcoming grooming products from ETHOS that will be available in the next couple of months. Both Oleo and EHTOS will be launching out a few more soaps and aftershaves as a collaboration between the two companies until the end of the year. ETHOS will also be offering some other shave soaps, aftershaves and other essential grooming products made exclusively by ETHOS in their Western NY facilities. While ETHOS is a new brand, the Founder Frank Lipani is well known in the wet shaving world for his Shave Offs and razor reviews and was encouraged by his followers to use his screen name Dragonsbeard for his first release of shave soap & matching aftershave. Frank has more than 25 years developing and manufacturing high quality personal care products and has now decided to take his passion for wet shaving and develop shaving and grooming products using only the finest ingredients from around the globe. Oleo’s fabulous products need no introduction as her soaps have earned her high praise in the wet shaving community.
Performance of this soap is top-notch and testers are calling it top tier with amazing post shave feel that will not leave the face feeling oily or sticky. The soap creates a very dense creamy lather that stays close to the skin and the recommendation is to do more painting than swirling. Also we recommend adding a little water as you build your lather.
What is really adds to the post shave is the Camel and Sheep milk found in the formula at higher than normal levels along with Franks Proprietary EOS Complex which stands for Earth · Ocean · Science and contains a unique mélange of many exotic and expensive ingredients. To be exact 34 different actives are used in the EOS Complex proven to be highly beneficial to good overall skin health. Dragonsbeard soap uses Vida’s canard base. The Canard base containing duck fat, nourishing kokum butter, palm oil, castor oil, jojoba oil. Then the sheep and camel's milk are added along with the EOS complex and Argan oil. This combo of ingredients helps to provide the wonderful protective lather, residual slickness and great post-shave feel this soap exhibits.
This hot process soap is poured into an 8oz wide mouth container for easy brush loading.
